The Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services’ Administration & Training Center is a purpose-built facility designed to enhance mental health services across Miami, Darke, and Shelby counties. The 13,000 square foot project houses the Board’s administrative offices and provides dedicated spaces for partner agencies, including Community Housing of Darke, Miami, and Shelby Counties, NAMI of the same regions, and the Miami County Family and Children First Council. Additionally, the facility offers flexible office spaces available for reservation by behavioral health and related agencies on an as-needed basis.

Natural lighting plays a pivotal role in the facility’s design, aligning with the understanding of its positive impact on mental health. Ample natural light has been incorporated throughout the center to create a welcoming and uplifting environment for both clients and staff. This design choice not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space but also supports the mental well-being of individuals utilizing the facility. The facility also features a large multi-function training center that can host a number of events from large to small.
