Due to site constraints the main building functions are housed on two floors. The first floor includes administrative offices for the chief and officers, fire prevention office, shift command, watch room, community/training room, turn-out gear and EMT storage, hose tower, six drive-through bays in the apparatus room and other ancillary spaces.

Living quarters are provided on the second floor including individual sleeping rooms, study area, men’s and women’s lockers/showers, toilets, day room, dining area and kitchen. The study room was designed to provide space for two additional sleeping rooms to meet projected growth. A partial basement provides mechanical and exercise areas.
