Scope:  New Construction
Location:  New Bremen, Ohio
Year Completed: 2016 Project Cost: $1.5 M

Komminsk Legacy Park was completed in partnership with Christy Shell of Zeal Coaching for Life and Career, a local citizen committee, “Enrichment, etc!”, The Village of New Bremen, and Dianne Komminsk. This park draws visitors from all over the region to interact, explore, and participate in a way that traditional parks do not provide. Some of the park features include: an embankment slide, a splash pad, a sun-shade structure by Tork Werks, hillside amphitheater seating, trails, stairs, a commissioned lion sculpture, a commissioned interactive music sculpture, and a public restroom. Site work included site grading, a new storm sewer, and installation of concrete and brick pavements. The park was developed in the 3.4-acre area between the Lockkeeper’s House and The Crown Pavilion in the center of the village of New Bremen.
