The project included realignment and grading for a new varsity baseball field and construction of three new buildings: one concession/public restroom facility, one visitor dugout, and one home dugout/storage. Demolition included backstop re-moval, fence removal, removal of two bleacher slabs, demolition of four masonry block buildings, two dugouts, one small press box, one small concession and associated site improvements. Baseball field improvements and infrastructure consisted of, but were not limited to, stripping and replacing topsoil, site grading, masonry and fence backstop, field fence and gates, support for scoreboard, outfield, infield and site seeding, prepared infield, artificial turf at selected locations, batting cage, concrete paving, storm sewer and inlets, subsurface drainage, new irrigation well, field irrigation system, sanitary sewer pumps and manholes, connection into the existing sewage treatment plant, electric service, and other associated items.
